It is our mission to:

Have many state laws similar to the Louisiana Science Education Act that would allow teachers to teach intelligent design (ID) in public schools as a theory with the same grounds as evolution.

Promote discussions within class rooms about the scientific credibility of both evolution and ID, in order to encourage students’ critical thinking skills, and equip students to be prepared to do this.

Promote resolutions that “shall not be construed to promote any religious doctrine, promote discrimination for or against a particular set of religious beliefs, or promote discrimination for or against religion or nonreligion.”
